👩🍳 How to make Cabbage & Carrot Thepla
- Mix wheat flour, gram flour, salt, cumin, turmeric, red chilli powder.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green chillies, ginger, coriander.
- Bind with water and 2 tbsp oil into soft dough. Rest 10 mins.
- Divide into 8 portions. Roll into thin 6-inch rounds.
- Tawa at 190°C. Place thepla, cook 45 seconds.
- Flip, add oil, cook 45 seconds. Flip again, cook 30 seconds.
- Should be light brown with some darker spots. Serve hot.
