👩‍🍳 How to make Bhindi Fry

  1. Wipe okra thoroughly dry. Heat oil at 160°C. Add okra, sauté 5 mins until tender and slightly golden.
  2. Remove okra. In same oil, add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add tomatoes, cook 2 mins.
  4. Add spice powders, amchur, salt.
  5. Add okra back. Mix gently. Cook 2-3 mins at low heat.
  6. No moisture should remain. Garnish with coriander.
