👩🍳 How to make Barfi
- Heat ghee at 140°C. Add grated coconut, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
- Add condensed milk gradually, stirring continuously.
- Add cardamom, cook 15-18 mins on low heat until mixture is thick and pulls away from sides.
- Mixture should be moist but not wet.
- Add dry fruits, mix gently.
- Pour onto greased and parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan. Press gently.
- Cool completely (30 mins). Cut into squares or diamonds.
