👩‍🍳 How to make Barfi

  1. Heat ghee at 140°C. Add grated coconut, sauté 3 mins until light golden.
  2. Add condensed milk gradually, stirring continuously.
  3. Add cardamom, cook 15-18 mins on low heat until mixture is thick and pulls away from sides.
  4. Mixture should be moist but not wet.
  5. Add dry fruits, mix gently.
  6. Pour onto greased and parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan. Press gently.
  7. Cool completely (30 mins). Cut into squares or diamonds.
