- Mix bajra flour, wheat flour, salt. Add water to make soft dough.
- Rest 10 mins. Divide into 4 portions.
- Roll into 6-inch rounds. Tawa at 180°C.
- Cook 1.5 mins per side with ghee. Roti should have dark spots.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add onions, sauté 2 mins. Add ginger, green chillies, cook 30 seconds.
- Add tomatoes, cook 3 mins. Add spice powders, cook 1 min.
- Add vegetables, water, salt. Bring to boil, simmer 12 mins.
- Vegetables should be tender.
