  1. Mix mashed potatoes, onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander.
  2. Add gram flour, salt, spice powders. Mix well.
  3. Divide into 8 portions. Shape into round, flat patties (2.5-inch diameter, ½-inch thick).
  4. Heat oil to 170°C. Deep fry 3-4 mins per side until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with chutney.
