👩🍳 How to make Aloo Parantha Snack
- Mix flour, salt. Add oil, rub in. Add water, knead into soft dough. Rest 15 mins.
- Heat oil at 150°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
- Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
- Add mashed potatoes, spice powders, salt, coriander. Mix well. Cool.
- Divide dough into 4 portions. Fill with potato mixture.
- Roll gently to 6-inch rounds.
- Tawa at 180°C. Cook 2 mins, add ghee, flip, cook 2 mins.
