👩‍🍳 How to make Aloo Gobi

  1. Heat oil at 160°C. Add cumin seeds (crackle 15 seconds).
  2. Add green chillies, ginger, cook 30 seconds.
  3. Add onions, sauté 2 mins.
  4. Add potato cubes, sauté 4 mins. Add cauliflower, sauté 3 mins.
  5. Add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, salt. Mix well.
  6. Cover, cook on low heat (130°C) for 12-15 mins, stirring occasionally.
  7. Potatoes and cauliflower should be tender.
  8. Add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander.
