👩‍🍳 How to make Til Ladoo

  1. Roast sesame (5 mins, medium-low heat): Dry-roast sesame seeds in a heavy pan, stirring constantly until lightly golden and popping. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Make jaggery syrup (5 mins, medium heat): Melt jaggery with water in the same pan, stirring until smooth and just reaching soft-ball stage — a drop in cold water should form a soft, pliable ball.
  3. Combine and shape (5 mins, no heat): Pour sesame seeds into the jaggery syrup and mix quickly with a spoon. Grease palms with ghee. Shape into rounds while still warm — they will harden as they cool.
