👩🍳 How to make Karbi Community Breakfast
- Make Karbi chicken curry (30 mins, medium heat): Cut country chicken small. Brown in mustard oil with ginger and garlic. Add green chilli, turmeric, salt. Add bamboo shoot and water. Simmer until chicken is completely tender (25 minutes). Very little spice — let the chicken flavour dominate.
- Serve (5 mins): Sticky rice with chicken curry and greens.
