  1. Simmer herbal brew (10 mins, medium heat): Combine ginger, tulsi, cardamom, and cinnamon in water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 8 minutes until the water is fragrant and slightly golden. Strain into cups. Add honey when warm (not boiling).
