👩‍🍳 How to make Doi Chira

  1. Soften chira (3 mins, no heat): Rinse chira under cold water for 20 seconds — it should absorb just enough water to soften without turning mushy. Drain immediately and spread on a plate.
  2. Assemble (7 mins, no heat): Pour thick cold curd over the softened chira. Add grated jaggery — it will partially melt into the curd creating a caramel-like sweetness. Top with fresh coconut, banana slices, and a pinch of salt. Eat immediately before the chira becomes soggy.
