👩‍🍳 How to make Chirang Breakfast

  1. Make pork with mustard greens (25 mins, medium heat): Brown pork in mustard oil with ginger and garlic. Add fresh mustard leaves, green chilli, turmeric, salt. Cover and cook until pork is tender and mustard greens are wilted (20 minutes).
  2. Steam sticky rice (25 mins, high steam).
  3. Stir-fry fiddlehead ferns (15 mins, high heat): As per recipe #23.
