👩🍳 How to make Bodo Community Breakfast
- Make pork with khorisa (30 mins, medium heat): Brown pork pieces in mustard oil with ginger and garlic. Add rinsed fermented bamboo shoot, green chillies, turmeric, salt. Add water and simmer until pork is tender and bamboo is flavourful (20 minutes).
- Steam bora saul (25 mins, high steam): As per recipe #25.
- Stir-fry dhekia (15 mins, high heat): As per recipe #23.
- Serve on banana leaf: Sticky rice, pork-bamboo curry, and ferns together.
