👩‍🍳 How to make Sunnundalu

  1. Dry roast urad dal on low heat 10 mins until deep golden, nutty aroma.
  2. Grind coarse powder.
  3. Heat ghee, roast powder 5 mins more on low heat.
  4. Add jaggery, mix well.
  5. Add cardamom.
  6. Shape into balls.
  7. Garnish with cashew + raisin.
  8. Cool.
