- Dry roast urad dal on low heat 10 mins until deep golden, nutty aroma.
- Grind coarse powder.
- Heat ghee, roast powder 5 mins more on low heat.
- Add jaggery, mix well.
- Add cardamom.
- Shape into balls.
- Garnish with cashew + raisin.
- Cool.
