  1. Boil water with salt.
  2. Whisk ragi flour in cold water separately to avoid lumps.
  3. Slowly pour into boiling water, stirring constantly.
  4. Cook 15 mins on medium heat until thick, no raw flour taste.
  5. Add ghee + jaggery.
  6. Stir well.
