  1. Soak rice + urad dal + fenugreek 4 hrs.
  2. Grind to smooth batter.
  3. Ferment 4 hrs.
  4. Add ginger + chilies.
  5. Drop spoonfuls into 180°C oil.
  6. Fry 2-3 mins until golden-brown & crispy.
  7. Serve with tamarind chutney.
