  1. Mix flour + salt.
  2. Add ghee + yogurt + water to form soft dough.
  3. Knead well, cover 1 hr.
  4. Divide into 12 balls.
  5. Roll out into thin rounds.
  6. Deep fry at 180°C until puffed golden (1 min each).
  7. Drain on paper towel.
