  1. Heat ghee, add cumin, curry leaves, ginger, chilies.
  2. Add rice + dal, roast 2 mins.
  3. Add water, turmeric, salt.
  4. Pressure cook 1 whistle.
  5. Release, stir gently.
  6. Rice grains should be separate, fluffy.
