- Soak moong dal + rice 4 hrs.
- Drain, grind with ginger, chilies, cumin to thick paste.
- Heat griddle on medium heat.
- Pour batter, spread thin with ghee around edges.
- Cook until edges crisp (2 mins).
- Flip, cook 30 secs.
- Serve hot.
