  1. Soak moong dal + rice 4 hrs.
  2. Drain, grind with ginger, chilies, cumin to thick paste.
  3. Heat griddle on medium heat.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin with ghee around edges.
  5. Cook until edges crisp (2 mins).
  6. Flip, cook 30 secs.
  7. Serve hot.
