- Soak moong dal 2 hrs.
- Grind coarsely (not smooth paste, should have texture).
- Add cumin, asafetida, salt, ginger, chilies.
- Shape into small balls/donuts.
- Deep fry at 180°C until golden-brown (3-4 mins).
