👩‍🍳 How to make Pesara Garelu

  1. Soak moong dal 2 hrs.
  2. Grind coarsely (not smooth paste, should have texture).
  3. Add cumin, asafetida, salt, ginger, chilies.
  4. Shape into small balls/donuts.
  5. Deep fry at 180°C until golden-brown (3-4 mins).
  6. Drain on paper towel.
