👩🍳 How to make Medu Vada
- Soak urad dal 2 hrs.
- Grind coarsely with water (should be thick, not runny).
- Add ginger, chilies, cumin, asafetida, salt, pepper.
- Shape into donuts by pushing thumb through center.
- Deep fry at 180°C until golden (4-5 mins).
- Center should be soft, outside crispy.
