  1. Soak rice + dal + fenugreek 4 hrs.
  2. Grind to smooth, airy batter.
  3. Ferment 8 hrs (optional).
  4. Pour into greased iddli molds.
  5. Steam 8-10 mins until cooked through.
  6. Cool 2 mins, unmold.
