- Pressure cook mutton + water 1 whistle, keep meat aside.
- In same pot, add grains + dals (soaked 30 mins) + onion-paste-spices mixture.
- Pressure cook 4 whistles.
- Release.
- Blend partially, add shredded mutton.
- Cook 10 mins more.
- Very thick paste-like consistency, meat completely dissolved into gravy.
