👩‍🍳 How to make Hyderabadi Biryani

  1. Marinate mutton in yogurt + ginger-garlic + spices 1 hr.
  2. Boil water, add salt + rice + whole spices.
  3. Cook 80% done.
  4. Fry onions golden, layer half in pot.
  5. Add mutton, cover with remaining rice.
  6. Layer onions on top.
  7. Cover, cook on high 1 min, then low 15 mins.
  8. "Dum" cooking.
