- Marinate mutton in yogurt + paste + spices 2 hrs.
- Boil water + salt + rice + whole spices.
- Cook 70% done, drain.
- In heavy biryani pot, layer: mutton + 1 cup fried onions + fresh onion + herbs.
- Layer rice on top.
- Sprinkle remaining onions + herbs.
- Seal with foil.
- Cook on high 1 min, then low 18 mins.
