  1. Soak barley + dals 30 mins.
  2. Heat oil, fry onions until golden.
  3. Add paste, cook 1 min.
  4. Add mutton, cook 8 mins.
  5. Add barley + dals + spices + water.
  6. Pressure cook 4 whistles.
  7. Mash until gravy thick.
  8. Meat shredded, lentils dissolved.
