  1. Heat ghee, roast semolina 5 mins until light golden.
  2. Add water + jaggery slowly, stirring continuously.
  3. Cook 10 mins until thick paste.
  4. Add coconut + cardamom.
  5. Pour on oiled foil, flatten.
  6. Cool, cut into pieces.
