  1. Soak moong dal 2 hrs.
  2. Grind coarsely to fluffy texture.
  3. Add cumin + asafetida + salt + ginger + chilies.
  4. Shape into donuts with hole.
  5. Deep fry at 180°C until golden (2-3 mins).
  6. Drain.
