  1. Soak rice + dal + fenugreek 4 hrs.
  2. Grind to smooth batter (1 hr fermentation optional).
  3. Heat griddle.
  4. Pour batter, spread thin.
  5. Add oil around edges.
  6. Cook 2 mins until golden-brown crispy.
  7. Flip, cook 30 secs.
