  1. Cut lobster lengthwise, remove intestine.
  2. Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic, lemon, spices, salt (marinade).
  3. Coat lobster evenly, rest 20 min (absorbs flavors).
  4. Preheat tandoor/oven 220°C (10 min).
  5. Oil grill, place lobster meat-side up.
  6. Tandoor cook 12-15 min (meat opaque, charred edges light black spots, flesh tender).
  7. Drizzle ghee, cilantro, mint garnish.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges and island chutney.
