  1. Place fish on banana leaf/parchment.
  2. Top ginger, garlic, cilantro, green chillies.
  3. Mix soy sauce, lemon, oil (drizzle evenly).

  5. Steam 500ml boiling water 18-20 min (flesh opaque, flakes easily).
  6. Unwrap carefully, transfer platter.
