- Cut parchment 2 sheets (30x40 cm).
- Place fish center each sheet.
- Top with ginger, garlic, cilantro, lemon, turmeric, salt, oil.
- Fold parchment edges seal tightly (steam cannot escape).
- Fill steamer 500ml water, rolling boil.
