  1. Cut parchment 2 sheets (30x40 cm).
  2. Place fish center each sheet.
  3. Top with ginger, garlic, cilantro, lemon, turmeric, salt, oil.
  4. Fold parchment edges seal tightly (steam cannot escape).
  5. Fill steamer 500ml water, rolling boil.
  6. Place packets steamer, cover, steam 15-18 min (flesh opaque, flakes easily).
  7. Carefully open (steam hot).
