- Mix cornstarch, water until smooth (no lumps).
- Bring coconut milk simmer (85°C, small bubbles).

- Add jaggery, crushed cardamom, stir until jaggery dissolves (1-2 min).
- Remove heat.

- Transfer bowls immediately (pudding thickens as cools).
- Garnish grated coconut.
