👩🍳 How to make Coconut Jaggery Laddu
- Heat ghee in pan low-medium (150°C), add grated coconut, stir constantly 5-6 min (toasts slightly, light color).
- Add jaggery, stir continuously 3-4 min (jaggery melts, binds coconut, mixture comes together).
- Add crushed cardamom, stir (30 sec).
- Cool 10 min until handleable.
- Oil hands coconut oil.
- Shape 15 equal balls (3cm diameter, compact), place on plate.
- Cool completely (sets firm).
- Store airtight container.
- Serve as island candy.
