👩‍🍳 How to make Coconut Jaggery Laddu

  1. Heat ghee in pan low-medium (150°C), add grated coconut, stir constantly 5-6 min (toasts slightly, light color).
  2. Add jaggery, stir continuously 3-4 min (jaggery melts, binds coconut, mixture comes together).
  3. Add crushed cardamom, stir (30 sec).
  4. Cool 10 min until handleable.
  5. Oil hands coconut oil.
  6. Shape 15 equal balls (3cm diameter, compact), place on plate.
  7. Cool completely (sets firm).
  8. Store airtight container.
  9. Serve as island candy.
