  1. Clean squid, cut rings (0.5 cm).
  2. Marinate: turmeric, chilli, lemon, salt (10 min).
  3. Mix grated coconut, flour, salt (coating).
  4. Dip squid egg, coat coconut-flour, rest 5 min.
  5. Heat oil high (200°C, test: wooden stick bubbles).
  6. Batch fry squid 2-3 min until golden (light amber crispy).
  7. Paper towel drain.
  8. Serve hot cilantro, tamarind chutney.
